Due to the recent tariff changes taking effect on our products 2/14/2020, the reduced tariff fee added to each order will be a 7.5%, effective 2/14/2020.
This fee will be removed if and when the additional tariff is cancelled.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship with in 2-5 business days.  Please account for FedEx/USPS shipping time from Southern California based on the chosen means of delivery.  You may contact us for more information.


Please check your original packaging for owners manual and additional warranty details and be sure to use our Warranty Form to submit a warranty claim.  Please allow up to 10 business days to process claims.


You may return or exchange any item purchased on zshadeusa.com within 30 days of delivery date. Please note that there is a restocking fee of 10%. Requests after 30 days of merchandise receipt, or consumer error when ordering online will not be honored. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Refunds will only be granted for merchandise that is unused, unopened and in original packaging.


To qualify for a return or exchange, merchandise must be new and in its original condition, including packaging, accessories, manuals, etc., or if your shelter is damaged or missing a part, you must first contact our customer service department by e-mail info@zshadeusa.com to request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the returning package as well as on the original invoice or packing slip (photocopies are acceptable). Z-Shade Co. Ltd. will not honor returns without an RMA number. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be received by Z-Shade Co. Ltd with in 15 days of RMA issue date. We suggest that you return merchandise using a courier with tracking capabilities, such as UPS. The customer is responsible for all charges related to return shipments. Please allow 5-10 business days to process returns and exchanges upon receipt. All returns and exchanges must be inspected by our quality control division before a credit can be issued. If the merchandise does not pass inspection, the merchandise will be shipped back to the customer without issuance of a credit, and the customer will incur all shipping costs. If merchandise does pass inspection, we will reimburse your credit card used to make the original purchase for the original purchase price of the item(s), less the original shipping cost, and less a 10% restocking fee.
